I am a writer.
I am an environmentalist
I am a photographer
I am a fashionista
I am a dreamer...
It took about 2 decades to get all this information, just five lines. Knowing oneself isn't an easy task, it took a major change to help me realize that even though I couldn't carry all my material possessions to some place new, there were other more important things in me that I could take anywhere I wanted to.
I have evolved and I really want somewhere to document it.
I am a writer and have several short stories published in a Nigerian writers site, so this blog won't be all about fiction.
I am an environmentalist. More of a believer in Sustainable Development and Sustainability than just tree hugging. I have another blog dedicated to just that so I'll just bounce ideas around here or just be a general tree-hugger. (Request and I'll give a link :) )
I am a photographer but my Blackberry camera is too low tech, so as I wait eagerly for my Canon Rebel T3i this won't be a photography blog (for now anyway...).
I am a budding fashionista but I don't have the patience to pose for pictures, especially with my over active facial oil glands; so this wont be a fashion blog. Besides my Blackberry is out for repairs.
Most importantly I am a dreamer. The hustle and bustle and the tons of disappointment in Lagos almost squished this side of me but I have promised myself to never stop dreaming and believing.
My story as this blog will document is living, living by breathing life into my dreams.
And as every other Nigerian blog, rant a little but I am generally a happy person.
